Returns & Refund

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please do not send items back without prior return approval—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure about whether your item qualifies, please reach out to us with your query.


Exchanges

To make an exchange, the quickest way is to return your original item and place a new order for the product you want once the return is accepted.
Please note: a re-delivery fee may apply.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As stated above, the item must be returned unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
